Beverly Ann Burks

Beverly Ann Burks, age 53 of W. Harrison, IN passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, OH.  Born October 30, 1963 in Cincinnati, she is the daughter of John & Elwanda J. (Reed) Nelson.

She is a 1982 graduate of Western Hills High School.  On December 16, 1983, she married Bill Burks at Cheviot United Methodist Church.  She is a member of Whitewater Christian Church and a proud and successful housewife.

Bev, as she was known by many, will be remembered for her bright smile.  Her beloved grandchildren called her "Gammy".

Beverly is survived by her husband Bill Burks, daughters Brittney Doth (Matt) of Bright, IN, Brianna Huber (Zach) of Bright, IN and Brandi Burks of W. Harrison, IN and her mother Elwanda Nelson of Harrison, OH.  She will also be missed by her grandchildren Jaxon Doth, Graham Doth and Oakley Huber along with her brother Gary Nelson of Cheviot, OH.

Visitation will be Friday, June 2, 2017 from 5:00 – 8:00pm at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH.  Funeral Services will be Saturday, 10:00am at Whitewater Christian Church with Pastor James Hansee officiating.  Burial will follow services in Crown Hill Cemetery, Cincinnati, OH.
