William "Billy" Lafevers, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2026, in Cleves, Ohio. Born on June 4, 1960, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Billy lived a full and meaningful life marked by dedication to his family and community.
Billy was a devoted family man, deeply loved by his wife, Paula Lynn Lafevers, who stood by his side with unwavering support. Together, they built a life filled with warmth and enduring affection. His legacy continues through his children—Joey Lafevers, with his wife Dawn; Amber Alfarano; and William Lafevers—each carrying forward his values and spirit.
He took immense pride and joy in his grandchildren: Aiden, Jersey, Maddison, Kasey, and Jasmine. Billy’s role as a grandfather was one he embraced with open arms and a loving heart, always eager to share moments of laughter and guidance.
Billy was also a beloved brother to Tabatha Abbott and her husband Brian, who remain close family ties and a source of mutual strength and camaraderie.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Rita (Holly) Lafevers, whose memories he held dear throughout his life. He also mourned the passing of his siblings Debra Schwartze, Jimmy Lafevers, and Sherman Lafevers, cherishing the bonds they shared.
A man of integrity and kindness, William "Billy" Lafevers leaves behind a lasting imprint on all who knew him. His life was a testament to love, loyalty, and the importance of family, values that his loved ones will continue to honor and uphold.
Billy’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of his surviving family and friends, who remember him as a man who gave his best to those around him and who found joy in the company of his loved ones. He will be profoundly missed but fondly remembered.
