Warnie Mccoy "Coy" Spencer

Warnie McCoy "Coy" Spencer, age 71 years of Springdale, OH passed away Thursday, January 10, 2008 at his home. Born August 22, 1936 in Jackson, KY he was the son of the late Kelman & Eliza (Gilbert) Spencer. He was a US Air Force veteran and worked as an industrial painter. He married JoAnn Hammons on February 5, 1989. Mr. Spencer is survived by his wife JoAnn Spencer, daughters Tammy L. (Ed) Heitman & Connie L. Spencer; step daughter Debbie (Dick) Sears; grandchildren Eddie M. Heitman, Travis W. Heitman, Ashley Helfrich, Josh Jester, Amy (Charles) Craig & David (Jessica) Tomes; great grandchildren Haeden Craig, Christian Tomes, Abigail Tomes & Ellie Tomes; brother A.C. Spencer & sisters Alma Smith, Bonnie Garrett, Faye Caudill, Allene Creech, Thelma Combs, Dotty Spicer, Monellia Keene & Paula Campbell. Visitation will be Saturday, January 12, 2008 at 9:30-10:30 am followed by services at 10:30 am at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home in Harrison, OH with Pastor Doug Combs officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery in Harrison, OH. Memorials are suggested to American Cancer Society c/o the funeral home.
