Wanda Lee Gambrel

Wanda Lee Gambrel, age 65 years of Zeeland, MI formerly of Harrison, OH passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2009 in Holland, MI. Born August 31, 1943 in New Port, KY she was the daughter of Harvey Lee & Rosie (Shouse) Hall. She married Russell Lowell Gambrel Jr. on July 14, 1962 in Lawrenceburg, IN. Mrs. Gambrel worked for Bon Aluminum in Holland, MI and was a member of the West Harrison Pentecostal Tabernacle in W. Harrison, IN. She is survived by her husband Russell L. Gambrel Jr.; daughters Sherry Lee (Gordan L.) Adams and Sandra Renee (Bruce E.) Williams. She will also be missed by her grandchildren Brandon Lee (Jessica) Wood & Madison Page Gambrel; step grandchildren Misty, Justin, Amanda, Mark, Jordan & Marissa; Great Grandchildren Landon William L. Wood & Kaylee Marie Wood; step great grandchild Maddox Jamison plus many children of the heart; siblings Depsie Cox, Lola Kersey, Janie Dole, Kathy Carlisle, Margaret Denny, Larry Hall, Judy Holdcraft, Joe Hall & Gary Hall. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings Emma Irene Allen, Clora Taylor, Eva Miller & Harvey Hall Jr. Visitation will be Friday, March 27, 2009 from 5-8pm at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home in Harrison, OH and Saturday, March 28th from 10-11am at West Harrison Pentecostal Tabernacle in West Harrison, IN. Funeral Services will be Saturday at 11:00am at West Harrison Pentecostal Tabernacle with Rev. Hobart Bowling & Rev. Wade Hicks officiating. Burial will be in Gibson Cemetery in Bright, IN. Memorials are suggested to the family with appreciation.
