Wanda Sue Herald

Wanda Sue Herald, 62, of Newport, KY, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 while on vacation in Largo, FL. The daughter of Virgil & Virginia (Peters) Turner was born on October 22, 1948 in Oneida, KY. She married Charles Ocie Herald in Newport, KY on March 2, 1968. Wanda loved to cook. She worked at the 5H Truck Stop and Empress Chili in Harrison for many years, as well as being a homemaker. Wanda enjoyed doing puzzles, listening to bluegrass music and traveling, but most of all she loved her family. She will be dearly missed by her husband, Charles; four sisters, Brenda Miller, Joyce Graham, Bessie Turner & Angela Turner all of Newport, KY; two brothers, Glen Turner of Butler, KY and Coy Turner of Highland Heights, KY; along with many nieces and nephews. Visitation, Monday from 5-8pm and Funeral Services, Tuesday, June 28th, 11:00am all at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home in Harrison, OH. Bro.
