Virgie King-Jones

Virgie King-Jones, age 94 years of Sharonville, OH formerly of Harrison, OH passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2007 in Sharonville. Born March 10, 1913 in Crane Creek, KY she was the daughter of the late Robert Lee & Flora (Ball) Baker. She was married to John W. King, Sr. & after he passed she married Ralph Jones. She was a founding member of the First Baptist Church in Harrison, OH. Mrs. King-Jones was survived by her children David (Wilma) King of Panama City, FL; Betty (Loren) McQueen of Cincinnati, OH; John Jr. (Carol) King of Cincinnati, OH & Kenny (Earlene) King of Bright, IN; 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren and brothers Herbert Baker of Prineville, OR & Robert Lee Baker of Beaumont, CA. In addition to her parents & first husband, she was preceded in death by her second husband, brothers Ernest, Bryan, Clifton, Hubert & William Baker and sisters Viola Honochel & Cleo King. Visitation will be Saturday, December 29, 2007 from 10-11 AM followed by services at 11:00 AM at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home in Harrison, OH with Bro. Ronnie Wolfe officiating. Burial will be in Gibson Cemetery in Bright, IN. Memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church.
