Violet "Jane" Murrone, age 68 of Vandalia, OH passed away Saturday, June 29, 2013 at Stone Spring Nursing Center in Vandalia, OH. Born March 25, 1945 in Harrison, OH she was the daughter of Francis & Loretta (King) Dole. Mrs. Murrone is survived by her sons Mark (Shonda) Harsman of Colerain, OH, Steve (Marcia) Harsman of Vandalia, OH & Perry Harsman of Midland, TX. She will also be missed by her stepchildren James Murrone of Milan, IN, Sharon (John) Reece of Versailles, IN & Daniel (Melinda) Murrone of Dillsboro, IN; grandchildren Josh, Jenna, Courtney, Ashley, Steve Jr., Cody, Paige, Ryan & Joshua; great granddaughter Brookelynn Harsman; sisters Jerri Fordham of Jacksonville, FL, Martha (Robert) Lefker of Madison, IN, Charlene Palmer of Maryville, TN, Judy Watkins of Fairfield, OH & Barbara (Tony) York of Cherry Grove, OH and her brother & sister-in-law Mr. & Mrs. Phil Keller of West Chester, OH. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands Laszio Harsman who died in 1979 & Vincent Murrone who died May 22, 2013, her sister Marlene Keller & her brother Mike Dole. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 3, 2013 from 10:00am until time of services at 12:30pm at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Pastor Phil Keller officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Cemetery, Harrison, OH. Memorials are suggested to American Heart Assoc. c/o the funeral home.
