Tony Curtis Grubbs

Tony Curtis Grubbs, age 67, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2023 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

He was born the son of Hillman and Marcella (Hacker) Grubbs on October 8, 1955 in Hamilton, Ohio. A 1974 graduate of Harrison High School, Tony married Janet Brinker on June 11, 1988 at St Bernard Church of Taylor Creek, Ohio.

Tony is survived by his wife, Janet Grubbs, son Ryan (Harley) Grubbs, one grandchild Archer Grubbs, and siblings Jenny (Marc) Hutton, Barb (Dan) Hall, and Lea Ann Hobbs.

He was preceded in death by his parents Hillman and Marcella Hacker and his brother Terry Grubbs.

Visitation will be held Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. until time of funeral services at 12:00 p.m. with Brian Dunaway officiating, all at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home, 215 East Broadway Street, Harrison, Ohio 45030.  Burial will follow at Glen Haven Cemetery in Harrison, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made In Memory of Tony Grubbs to Spinal Muscular Atrophy (“SMA”) in care of the funeral home or mail directly to CURE SMA, 925 Busse Road, Elk Grove Village, Illinois 60007.
