Steven A. Kastens

Steven A. Kastens, age 71, of Bright, Indiana, passed away peacefully at home in Bright, Indiana on Saturday, August 24, 2024. He was born the son of Thomas and Eileen (Campbell) Kastens on February 16, 1953, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Steven graduated from Woodward High School and received an Associates Degree at the University of Cincinnati. He married Debbie Oberhage on June 15, 1985, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Steve was a member of the NRA.  He also found joy dedicating many years to volunteering at the Harrison Youth Football league.

He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie Kastens, his children, Samantha (Matthew) Juneau and Matthew (Sarah) Kastens, and his granddaughters, Wesley and Finley Juneau.

Steven was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Eileen Kastens.

A celebration of life will be held in Steven’s honor at the convenience of the family at a later date.

Memorials may be made in memory of Steven A. Kastens to Red Wolf Sanctuary, 3027 IN-262, Rising Sun, Indiana.
