Sally Marie Haas

Sally Marie Haas (nee Walton), age 77 years of Harrison, OH passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2010 in Harrison, OH. Born December 5, 1932 in Dillsboro, IN she was the daughter of the late Elza Walton & Bertha (McAllister) Walton-Hahn. She was a homemaker and also worked for Sperry Plastic & Rubber. She married William J. Haas on April 6, 1951 in Lawrenceburg, IN. Mrs. Haas is survived by her husband William J. Haas, children William E. Haas of Phoenix, AZ; Robert M. (Ollie) Haas of Harrison, OH; Diane Lynn (Steve) Fritts of Brookville, IN & Pamela (Robert) Johnson of Harrison, OH. She will also be missed by 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; brother Floyd C. Walton of Tamarac, FL; son-in-law Tony Callan of Owenton, KY & sister-in-law Joann (Emery) Mapes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Donna Callan and siblings Hazel Schwarz, Harry Walton, Ray Walton & Ralph Walton. Visitation will be Sunday, February 28, 2010 from 5-8pm at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH. A Blessing will be on Monday, March 1, 2010 at 10:00am at the funeral home with Father Edward Shine officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Assoc. c/o the funeral home.
