Ruth Roell-Stout

Ruth (nee Kocher) Roell-Stout of Cincinnati, Ohio formally of Harrison, Ohio, died September 10, 2009. Born July 11, 1925 in West Harrison, Indiana the daughter of the late Fred and Rosa (nee Losekamp) Kocher. Survived by her children Art (Mary) Roell of Carlisle, PA and Glenn (Darlene) Roell of Harrison, OH, along with five Grandchildren, five Great grandchildren and sister Helen (Bill) Staublin of Columbus, IN. Mrs. Roell was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jerome Roell, and husband Sheldon "Doc" Stout, son Leonard Roell, and her siblings Marie Souders, Paul, Bernard and Harlan Kocher. The Harrison High School graduate was a member of St. John the Baptist Church in Harrison, and a long time employee of the Miamitown Pet Hospital in Miamitown, OH. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 13, 2009 from 5 to 8 PM at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, September 14, 2009 10:30 AM at St. John the Baptist Church Harrison, OH with Father Edward Shine officiating. Burial will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery Harrison, OH. Memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association c/o the funeral home.
