Ronnie St.John

Ronnie St. John, 70, of West Harrison, IN, passed away after a long struggle with Parkinson’s Disease on April 19, 2021. He was the youngest of 7 children, born on January 14, 1951 in Oneida, KY to Everett and Myrtle St. John. In 1974 he married Peggy Hofer, and together they raised their two children Natasha and Christina. He worked as a machinist for General Electric for many years and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching the Cincinnati Reds (his favorite baseball team).

Ron is survived by his wife Peggy, children Tasha Campbell (Kevin) and Chrissy St. John (Nick Dokich), and his grandchildren Sydney, Emma, and Braydon Campbell. He is also survived by his sister, Geneva Grubbs, and 2 brothers, Raymond and Everett J St. John. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 brothers Fred, Glenn, and Ralph St. John.

A public Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday May 14th at Bright Christian Church at 5:30 pm , by Pastor Greg Edens. Visitation will be held from 3:30 - 5:30 pm . Memorial donations can be made in Ron’s name to either the Animal Humane Society or the American Parkinson Disease Association.
