Robert Haynes Sr.

Robert Haynes, Sr., age 80, of Bright, Indiana, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2024, in Edgewood, Kentucky.  Born November 13, 1943, in Red Bank, Tennessee, the son of William and Pauline (Hill) Haynes.

Robert, a 1962 graduate of William Henry Harrison High School, married Nancy Jo Carota on June 10, 1965, in Williamstown, Kentucky.  Robert worked for Cincinnati Incorporated for 42 years as a Production coordinator, served as a Past President and board member for Southwest Local School District and coached Harrison youth football and baseball for many years.

Survived by his children Robert (Tracy) Haynes, Jr. and Tina Tout (the late Doug).  Grandfather of Joei-Marie Tout, Jacob Haynes, Brandon (Hunter) Tout, Sheamus (Jenna) Haynes, Alex (Olivia) Driggers, and Madilyn Driggers.  Great-grandfather of Braylon, Elara, and Oliver.  Brother of Lawrence and Richard Haynes.  Also survived by his brother-in-law, Jeff Carota.

Preceded in death by his parents William and Pauline Haynes, his wife Nancy Jo Haynes, son in law Doug Tout, and his beloved dog Luigi.

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 11, 2024, from 3:00 P.M. until time of Memorial services at 5:00 P.M., with Pastor Shawn Crisman officiating, all at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home, 215 East Broadway Street, Harrison, Ohio 45030.
