Born on January 29, 1962, in Rochester, New York, Robert spent his professional career as a dedicated Customer Service Representative for Cincinnati Bell, where he became known for his commitment to excellence and unwavering support for his customers.

Robert's life was deeply intertwined with his family and his beloved cat, which brought him immense joy and companionship. He is survived by his loving daughter, Casey (John) Waters, of Cincinnati, Ohio, and his devoted sister, Debbie (Michael) Harnist, of Harrison, Ohio. They will forever cherish his memory and the impact he had on their lives.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Robert A. and Mary (nee Tyler) Frank, who instilled in him values of kindness and dedication that he carried throughout his life. His legacy will continue through his family, who will remember him with love and affection.
