Robert E. Herald

Robert E. Herald, age 72 years of Newport, KY passed away Wed. Aug. 9, 2006 in Edgewood, KY. Born January 8, 1934 in Booneville, KY he was the son of the late Clabe & Clora (Hall) Herald. He retired in 2003 after 44 years of service from the Ford Motor Co. and was an Army Veteran during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Herald is survived by his children Matthew Ty (Georgia) Herald of Lawrenceburg, IN, Melissa Lloyd of Harrison, OH, Edna Lee Bolin, Michael A. Sebastian, Jim Yeager & Don Bolin; 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; siblings Marie West & Charlie (Wanda) Herald both of Newport, KY and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Carl, William F.& Clabe Jr. Herald and Ruth A. Bowles. Visitation will be Monday, August 14, 2006 from 5-8 PM at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home in Harrison, OH. Services will be Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with Pastor Hobert Bowling & Pastor David Miller officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Cemetery in Harrison, OH.
