Robert Daniel Stacey

Robert Daniel Stacey, age 81 years of Milan, IN passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2005 in Lawrenceburg, IN. Born February 1, 1924 in Cincinnati, OH he was the son of the late Cogle & Louise Stacey. He was a machinist for 17 years at P&G, and Army Veteran during WWII and member of the Milan VFW. He married Irene Schneider on March 8, 1946 at Price Hill Baptist Church. Mr. Stacey is survived by his wife Irene Stacey, children Terri (Dave) Jansen of Cincinnati, OH; Dan (Tina) Stacey of Coral Springs, FL; Toni Mackendrick of Harrison, OH and Tammy (Robert) Craig of Manchester, IN; 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; brothers Paul & Ed Stacey and sisters Dolores Sauer, Mary Schwering, Geraldine Gecks and Jane Perna. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Lottie Snow. Visitation will be Friday, July 1, 2005 from 11am-1pm (Fast Time) followed by services at 1:00pm all at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home in Harrison, OH with Raymond & Tim Sauer officiating. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery in Cincinnati, OH with military rites by the Harrison Funeral Detail. Memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association c/o the funeral home.
