Richard "Rick" E. Nelson

Richard "Rick" Eugene Nelson, age 44 years Galloway, OH formerly of Harrison, OH passed away Sunday, May 2, 2004 in Columbus, OH. He was born March 26, 1960 in Cincinnati the son of Carl Eugene Nelson, SR. & Betty (nee: Potter) Swango. He is survived by his father Carl Eugene Nelson, Sr.; mother Betty (Calvin) Swango; wife Brook Ann (nee: Hudson) Nelson; children Angela Marie Jarrell and Carl J. Jarrell both of Columbus, OH; grandchildren Christian & Miranda; brothers Dave (Christina) Nelson of Harrison, OH and Danny (Blair) Anderson of Norwood, OH; sister Pamela (Mike) Shaw of Waterberry, CT and several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Carl Nelson. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 5, 2004 from 6-8 PM at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH. Funeral Services will be Thursday, May 6, 2004 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with Rev. Dr. Harold Shackelford officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the family.
