Richard “Casey” Blum, age 59 of Harrison, Ohio passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2021 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Born February 20, 1962 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of Melvin Bowers and Rose Blum.
Casey is survived by his mother Rose Blum. Brother of Jodie (Ken) Dawson. Uncle to Claudia, Tori and Sophia Dawson.
Celebration of Life services will be held July 10, 2021 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Miami Whitewater Park, High Plains Shelter.
