Rachel Crist

Rachel Crist (nee: Neeley) age 84 of Harrison, OH passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at Birchwood Care Center in Hamilton, OH. Born June 10, 1928 in Gray Hawk, KY she was the daughter of Sylvester & Etta (Hurley) Neeley. Rachel loved being out in her yard doing all kinds of yard work. She retired from Three Rivers Nursing Home in Housekeeping. Mrs. Crist is survived by her children Bonnie (Thomas) Everman of Harrison, OH, Darryl (Rosa Shelton) Crist of Amelia, OH, David (Arlett) Crist of Lithia, FL & Dennis (Tammy) Crist of Milan, IN. She will also be missed by her grandchildren Ryan Everman, Brandon Everman, Jonathon Crist, Dakota Crist, Mike Shelton, Heather Shelton, & Jennifer Shelton, great grandchildren Cecily, Gus, Caleb, Cheyenne, Aden, Aubrey, & Autumn and brothers Robert (Shirley) Neeley of Hamilton, OH & Raymond (Betty Lou) Neeley of New Trenton, IN. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Jeanette Rice and brothers Sylvester Neeley Jr., Jack Neeley, & Norman Neeley. Visitation will be Saturday, February 2, 2013 from 10am until time of services at 12:00 noon all at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Rev. Dr. Harold Shackelford officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Alzheimer's Assoc. or Pro Seniors c/o the funeral home.
