Patricia "Pat" M. Hastie

Patricia M. "Pat" Hastie, age 78 of Bright, IN passed away March 19, 2014 at the Burlington House in Cincinnati, OH. She was born in Cincinnati on November 10, 1935, the daughter of Bernard & Beulah (Iccaubucci) Sterman.

Pat retired from the Spear Printing Company in Cincinnati, OH and also worked for the Bright Fire & EMS. She attended St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross Church. Pat, also known as the "cat lady" loved to crochet and made many beautiful things. She loved the Cincinnati Reds and her grandson Anthony was the "light of her life".

Pat is survived by her daughter Stephanie Bittner of West Harrison, IN, her grandson Anthony Bittner of West Harrison, IN and her sister Amanda "Sis" Marksberry of Amelia, OH. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings Marshall Sterman, Ethel Jackson, Bernard Sterman, Robert Sterman and Bill Jansen.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 25, 2014 from 11am until time of Funeral Blessing at 1pm all at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Rev. Jeffery M. Kemper officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Hamilton, OH.
