Miriam "Mitzi" Louise Heyob

Miriam "Mitzi" Louise Heyob, age 77 years of Harrison, OH passed away Thursday, February 10, 2005 at Sunrise Assisted Living in Hamilton, OH. Born January 16, 1928 in Hamilton, OH she was the daughter of Oscar & Ethel (Hyams) Dister. She graduated from Hamilton High School in 1946 and married Clarence Heyob on January 24, 1948. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Daughters of Isabella, Ladies Sodality, Modern Homemakers and 4 card groups. She loved to play Euchre. Mrs. Heyob is survived by her daughters Sue Ellen (Donald) Sturwold of St. Peters, IN; Rebecca (Mark) Oglesby of Brookville, IN and Kathleen (Ken) Scherzinger of Harrison, OH; sons Dennis A. (Karen) Heyob of Harrison, OH and Michael E. (Ellen) Heyob of Ross, OH; 12 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sister Audrey Hochenberger of Hamilton, OH. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her brothers Joe Dister, Richard Dister and sister Sarah Stitzel. Visitation will be Saturday, February 12, 2005; from 10:00 AM 1:00 PM at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home in Harrison, OH. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday at 1:30 PM at St. John the Baptist Church with Fr. Bill Dorrmann officiating. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to VITAS Hospice, National Parkinson's Assoc. or Donor's Choice c/o the funeral home.
