Minnie Brickner

Minnie Brickner, age 92 years of W. Harrison, IN passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2008 in Harrison, OH. Born July 24, 1916 in Whitesburg, KY she was the daughter of the late John D. Day & Mallie (Adams) Seals. She married Leo Edward Brickner in June 1937 in New Haven, OH. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Harrison, OH. Mrs. Brickner is survived by her children Judy (Jerald) Horn of Columbus, IN; Ray (Deloris) Brickner of Owensboro, KY; David Brickner of W. Harrison, IN; Carolyn (Perry) Gabbard of Bright, IN; Jim (Judy) Brickner of Bright, IN & Curtis (Ida) Combs of Greensburg, IN; daughter-in-law Matilda Brickner of Mt. Carmel, IN; 22 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren & 18 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Leo Edward Brickner, son Robert Brickner & sisters Opal Estridge, Mae Taggert & Callie Glaub. Visitation will be Friday, September 26, 2008 from 10am until time of services at 11:30 am at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home in Harrison, OH with Bro. Ronnie Wolfe officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Cemetery in Harrison, OH. Memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church c/o the funeral home.
