Mildred Spicer

Mildred Spicer, age 81, of West Harrison, Indiana, passed away Monday, January 20, 2025, in West Harrison, Indiana.  She was born on July 6, 1943, in Jackson, Kentucky, the daughter of Marcus and Viola (Spicer) Hays.

Mildred married Darrell E. Spicer on August 29, 1959, in Newport, Kentucky.

She is survived by her children, Mickey Greber, Bill (Melissa) Spicer, and Danny “Boone” (Brenda) Spicer, grandchildren Mike Spicer, Joseph Spicer, Drew (Jacob) Greber, Jacob Spicer, Noah Spicer, Sarah (Cory) Greber Hyatt, Olivia (Chad) Jones and Isabelle Spicer, and great-grandchildren, Saylor Greber Hyatt, Leland Jones, and Jenson Jones. She is also survived by her sisters, Brenda Winkleman, Jackie Mayou, Ruby Wright, Barbara Offill, and Lois Boggs.

Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell E. Spicer, her parents, Marcus and Viola Hays, her son, Tony Spicer, grandson, Brandon Spicer, her sister, Connie Offill, and brothers, Sam, Marcus, and Karl Hays.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Trinity Episcopal Church, 326 Madison Avenue, Covington, Kentucky 41011.
