Mike Carroll

Mike Carroll, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully in Harrison, Ohio, on August 31, 2025, at the age of 74. Born on September 19, 1950, in Hamilton, Ohio, Mike dedicated many years of his life to his career as a self-employed home builder, earning a reputation for his craftsmanship and commitment to quality.

Mike's family was the cornerstone of his life. He married his beloved wife, Susan Grubbs, on November 22, 1985, at St. John United Church of Christ in Harrison, Ohio. Together they shared a life filled with love and cherished memories.

He leaves behind a loving family who will miss him dearly: his wife, Susan; his mother, Rosella (Ziegler) Carroll; and his children, Rose Ann Carroll-Hoffman, Jeremy (Shellie) Breeden, Melissa Wilhelm, and Michael "DJ" Carroll. Mike was a proud grandfather to Sean Kennett, Alexis Wuest, Jordyn Breeden, Jalynn Wuest, Dillion Wilhelm, Allyson Carroll, and Bella Carroll, and a delighted great-grandfather to Jace Kennett, Leo Kennett, Jessi Walpole, and Felix Kennett.

Mike is also survived by his sisters, Bonnie (Billy) Fultz and Kathy (Joe Arsenault) Lykins, his brother, Ronnie (Peewee) Carroll, and dear friend Jan Tippenhauer. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Carroll, and his brothers, Chris, Jay Allen, and Jack "Jackie" Carroll Jr.

The visitation for Mike Carroll will take place on September 5, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM at the Jackman Hensley Funeral Home, located at 215 E Broadway Street, Harrison, Ohio 45030.

Mike's legacy of love, dedication, and craftsmanship will continue to inspire all who knew him. He leaves behind not just a family, but a community that remembers him fondly.
