Melody Lynne Eckstein

Melody Lynne Eckstein (nee Stopher) passed away unexpectedly in her Harrison home on Friday, April 8, 2022.  Born August 7, 1969 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Daughter of Charles and Patricia Stopher (nee Beagle).

Melody, an East Central graduate, worked as an STNA for nearly 20 years. She loved and cared for all of her residents as family and took the utmost pride in her job.

Melody is survived by her father, Charles Stopher, daughter, Christin Harry (Matt Heuser), son, Justin Herald (Sara Staggs), and grandchildren, Julian Harry, Kieran and Leonidas Heuser, and Nora Staggs-Herald, whom she loved above and beyond.

Melody is also survived by her siblings Lisa Campbell, and Thomas (Kelly) Stopher, and her nephew and nieces.

Preceded in death by her mother, Patricia, and her beloved rat terrier, Pebbles Anne.

Visitation will be held Friday, April 15, 2022 from 5:30 P.M. until time of Memorial services at 7:30 P.M. with Pastor Shawn Crisman officiating all at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home 215 Broadway Street Harrison, Ohio 45030.
