Matthew Paul Hiler, 38 years of West Harrison, IN passed away Saturday, November 17, 2007 in W. Harrison, IN. Born March 29, 1969 in Cincinnati, OH he is the son of Ruby (Terry) Dean of W. Harrison, IN & Leslie "Butch" (Linda Lambert) Hiler of Okeana, OH. Matthew was a 1987 graduate of Ross High School and was employed as a union carpenter with Valley Interior Systems. Matthew will be missed by his parents and step parents, paternal grandparents: Leslie "Bud" & Doloras (Bauer) Hiler; sister Gwena (Craig) Marcum of Hamilton, OH & brother Mark (Jami) Hiler of Oxford, OH; stepbrothers Randy (Mary) Lambert of Ross, OH & Jeremy (Kelly) Dean of Pensacola, FL; stepsister Teri Dean of Oxford, OH; Aunts & Uncles: Joann & Ernie Bowling, Carolyn & Rick Hunter, Beatty & Glenn Collett, Gordon Hiler, Donald & Joyce Hiler and Lloyd & Jackie Hiler; nieces & nephews: Samantha, Cody & Lauren Marcum, Tessa & Jacob Hiler and Jess & Rachael Lambert. He also leaves behind numerous cousins & close friends. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents James & Lida Lee Cornelius. Visitation will be Friday, November 23, 2007 from 11am-1pm followed by services at 1pm all at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home with Pastor Orville Roach officiating.
