Mary Ruth Hollin (nee Carpenter) age 88 years of Harrison, OH passed away Wednesday, March 09, 2005 in Connersville, IN. Born May 28, 1916 in Decatur, IN the daughter of Jess & Emma (Estell) Carpenter. She worked at US Shoe and married James Hollin. Mrs. Hollin is survived by her stepsons Everett, Cecil & Vernon Hollin; stepdaughter Juanita Reece; sister Naomi Noel of Brookville, IN. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her son Harvey Miller; stepdaughter Jean Schwizer; brothers Enoch, Harry, Levi & Ralph Carpenter and sisters Martha Meyer & Susie Graham. Visitation will be Saturday, March 12, 2005 from 10-11 AM followed by services at 11:00 AM all at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Pastor Arno Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Cemetery, Harrison, OH. Memorials are suggested to Harrison Church of the Nazarene.
