Margaret L. Smith, age 87 of Harrison, Ohio passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at Shawneespring Care Center in Harrison, OH. She was born October 15, 1925 in Corbin, KY to Esther & Mary (Paul) Smith. The homemaker was married to Connie Mack Smith and he preceded her in death. Margaret is survived by her children Sheila (Harold) Dameron of Bright, IN, Richard Smith of Harrison, OH, Judy (Thadeus) Williams of Forrest Park, OH, Ronnie (Jennie) Smith of Harrison, OH, Connie Sedrick Smith Sr. of Harrison, OH, Paralee Edna (Ronald) Ohl of Harrison, OH & Paul (Francine) Goins of W. Harrison, IN. She will also be missed by her brother Herbert P. Smith of Corbin, KY, her sister Copalee Belt of Cincinnati, OH, 19 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and many great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son Kenneth R. Goins. Visitation will be Monday, July 22, 2013 from 4-6pm followed by services at 6:00pm at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Rev. Dr. Harold Shackelford officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Cemetery at a later date. Memorials are suggested to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
