Margaret Faye Bennett

Margaret Faye Bennett, age 88 years of Harrison, OH passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at St. Andrews Health Care in Batesville, IN. Born March 31, 1921 in Yorkville, IN she was the daughter of the late John & Margaret (Jackson) Miller. She graduated from Whitewater High School in 1939 and retired from Harrison High School as a cook. She was married to Arthur Bennett who preceded her in death in 1996. She was a member of the former Church of Christ at Harrison. Mrs. Bennett is survived by her sons Jerry (Leacarol) Bennett of Oldenburg, IN; Dennis (Marlene) Bennett of Englewood, CO and Ron (Beverly) Bennett of Ross, OH. She is also survived by her sister Dorothy Hausman of San Antonio, TX and will be missed by her 7 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters June Campbell & Betty Richardson. Visitation will be Saturday, October 3, 2009 from 10am until time of service at 1pm at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Pastor Russell Lieb officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery. Memorials at the request of the family may be given to the Harrison Senior Center, 300 George St., Harrison, OH 45030.
