Luvina Reynolds

Luvina (Mullins) Reynolds, age 87, of Harrison, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home with her loving family surrounding her on Tuesday, April 25, 2023.

She was born the daughter of Roy and Ruie (Oxier) Mullins on August 5, 1935 in Orgas, West Virginia. Luvina married the late Buddy Reynolds on December 19, 1953 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana and became a homemaker and mother to five children. She and Buddy were later blessed to celebrate 50 years of marriage together before he passed.

Luvina is survived by her children Buddy (Anna) Reynolds, Jr., Sharon Kay Hall, Rosemary (George) Adkins, LouAnn (Joe) Harnisch, and Rebecca Lee (Stacy) Johnson, eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter. She is also survived by her siblings Donald Mullins, Walter Mullins, Homer Mullins, Tommy Mullins, and Sterling Mullins.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Buddy Reynolds, her parents Roy and Ruie Oxier, siblings Richard Mullins, Juanita McDonald, Dessie Hill, and Rosetta Dotson, and one great-great-grandson Paxton Gullion.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 11:00 a.m. with Bishop Brandon Blevins officiating with all being held at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home, 215 East Broadway Street, Harrison, Ohio 45030. Burial will follow at New Haven Cemetery in Harrison, Ohio.
