Lucy Fay Owen

Lucy Fay Owen, age 79 of West Harrison, Indiana passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Ripley Crossing in Milan, Indiana.  Born March 18, 1941 in Leslie County, Kentucky the daughter of Cecil and Sarah (Stamper) Bowling.

Lucy Married Jack Owen, graduated from Bright High School and was a member of Marvin Chapter OES #376 in Harrison, Ohio.

Lucy is survived by her siblings Edwina Sparks and Harley Bowling.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews step daughter Tina (Richard) Boone, grandson Phillip (Amanda) Boone and great granddaughter Peyton Boone.

Preceded in death by her parents Cecil and Sarah Bowling, husband Jack Owen and siblings Geneva Ranshaw, Numeda Smith, Deliah Bowling, Connely Bowling and Jackie Ray Bowling.

A Celebration of Lucy’s life will be held Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 12:00 P.M. until time of service at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Shawn Crisman officiating all at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home 215 Broadway Street Harrison, Ohio.  Burial will follow at Gibson Cemetery Bright, Indiana.
