Lois Jean Banks

Lois Jean Banks, age 72 years of Cincinnati, OH passed away Friday, October 9, 2009 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati. Born April 6, 1937 in Flemingsburg, KY she was the daughter of the late Howard & Lillian (Parker) Reed. She married Lonnie Banks on April 11, 1959 in Newport, KY. She retired from AT&T as a telephone operator. Mrs. Banks is survived by her children Jolene Banks, Kelli Banks & Carl Thomas Banks all of Cincinnati, OH. She will also be missed by her grandsons Lonnie Ratliff & Randy Schubert and sister Shelly Joe (Lee) Hayden & Tom Reed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Lonnie Banks on Feb. 4, 2003. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at 11:00am at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Pastor Winston Shelton officiating. Burial will be in Gibson Cemetery, Bright, IN. Memorials are suggested to American Cancer Society c/o the funeral home.
