Lloyd Joseph Mcdaniel

Lloyd Joseph "Joe" McDaniel, age 62 of W. Harrison, IN passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at his home. Born December 20, 1946 in Batesville, IN he was the son of the late Lloyd Walker & Snobia (Carroll) McDaniel. He graduated from Brookville High School, served in the US Navy on the USS Kitty Hawk and worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator. He married Carol Byrd in October 1999. Joe is survived by his wife Carol McDaniel, children Leslie (Joe) Hall of Sunman, IN; Tera (Johnny) Money of Sunman, IN; Joey "Bub" (Crystal) McDaniel of St. Leon, IN; Miranda (Matt) Perkins of Sunman, IN & Terry Collins of W. Harrison, IN. He will also be missed by 9 grandchildren & 1 great granddaughter and his siblings Patty, George, Bob & Mary. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Geri, Kenny, Thelma, Ilene & Elaine. Visitation will be Sunday, October 4, 2009 from 5-8pm at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH. Services will be Monday, October 5, 2009 at 11:00am at the West Harrison Pentecostal Tabernacle with Rev. Wade Hicks & Rev. Hobart Bowling officiating. Burial with military graveside rites by the Harrison Funeral Detail will be in Gibson Cemetery.
