Lisa Diane Chase

Lisa D. Chase, of Harrison, Ohio passed away August 21, 2026, in Hamilton, Ohio. Born July 20, 1960, in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of the late Allen “Bud” Johnson and the late Evelyn (Grattan) Johnson.

Lisa was the beloved wife of the late Harold R. (Randy) Chase. Lisa is survived by her children Heather Chase and Dan Chase (Katelyn “Katie” Crow Chase). Grandmother of Charley, Asher, Jasmine (Ethan), Joshua-Daniel (JD), Ashley, Randy, and Miles. Great grandmother of Veverly and Jasper Schomaker. Sister of David (Vicki) Johnson and aunt of Rachel Johnson Busken. 

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 11:00 A.M. until time of funeral services at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Shawn Crisman officiating all at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home, 215 Broadway Street Harrison, Ohio 45030. Burial will follow at Miamitown Cemetery, Miamitown, Ohio.
