Lisa Diane Chase

Lisa D. Chase, of Harrison, Ohio passed away August 21, 2026, in Hamilton, Ohio. Born July 20, 1960, in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of Alan “Bud” and Evelyn (Gratten) Johnson.

Lisa is survived by her children Heather Chase and Dan (Katelyn “Katie”) Crow Chase. Grandmother of Charley, Asher, Jasmine (Ethan), Joshua, Daniel, Ashley, Randy, and Miles. Great grandmother of Ververly, and Jasper Shoemaker. Sister of David (Vicki) Johnson and aunt of Rachel Johnson.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 11:00 A.M. until time of funeral services at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Shawn Crisman officiating all at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home, 215 Broadway Street Harrison, Ohio 45030. Burial will follow at Miamitown Cemetery, Miamitown, Ohio.
