Leroy Broughton

Leroy Broughton, age 77 of Brookville, IN passed away Friday, September 02, 2011 at Shawneesprings Care Center in Harrison, OH. Born August 3, 1934 in Barbourville, KY he was the son of the late Lee & Eller (Smith) Broughton. Leroy worked as a real estate agent. Mr. Broughton in survived by his sons and their wives Doug & Diana Broughton of Dallas, TX; Robert & Donna Broughton of Cleveland, TN and Mark & Diane Broughton of Brookville, IN. He will also be missed by his grandchildren Crystal, Charlie, Rebecca, Steven, Chris & Jennifer and siblings Jim Broughton, Charlie Broughton, Carl Broughton, Randy Broughton, Bufford Broughton, Delora Allen & Odie Vogt. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Bill Broughton, Viola Mills, Russell Broughton & Josie Roope. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 6, 2011 from 10am 12 noon followed by services at 12 noon all at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Pastor David Pitman officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Cemetery, Harrison, OH. Memorials are suggested to Christ Hospital Cardiac Unit c/o the funeral home.
