Leona "Lee" Jane Foster

Leona "Lee" Jane Foster, age 65 of Bennington, IN formerly of Harrison, OH passed away at her home on Saturday, May 5, 2012. Born March 9, 1947 in Youngstown, OH she was the daughter of Samuel & Mary (Gifford) Ballard. Lee is survived by her fiancé Michael Piening, children Dwight Carrington of Vanceburg, KY, Jennifer Foster of Cleves, OH, Tommy Norman of Aurora, IN & Theresa (Douglas) Meece of Anderson, OH. She will also be missed by her grandchildren Jessica, Patrick, Makayla, Wendy, Tony, Holly & Tosha; great grandson Riley Christian and siblings Georgia Ballard, James Ballard & Billy Ballard all of Kentucky. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Gina Marie Norman and siblings Mary Ann Fetters, Margarete Ballard, Susan Taulbee, Tommy Ballard & Sam Ballard. Visitation will be Friday, May 11, 2012 from 11am until time of service at 1pm all at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Rev. Dr. Harold Shackelford officiating. Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to American Lung Assoc. which may be brought to the visitation/service or mailed to the funeral home.
