Judy Gregory

Judy Gregory, age 82, of Bright, Indiana, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2023, at her home.  Born December 8, 1940, in West Harrison, Indiana, the daughter of Eldridge and Leatha (Mason) McGregor.

Judy, a William Henry Harrison High School graduate, co-owned and operated GiJi Dress shop in Harrison and Cheviot for many years, worked at G.E., and later retiring from Fernald. A member of St. John United Church of Christ in Harrison for over 60 years, a council member, and involved in Women’s Fellowship.  Married Harold Dean Gregory on January 12, 1985 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.

She is survived by her children Tonda (John) Francis and Deborah (Mike) Losekamp, Step-mother of Senya (Brian) Taylor, Tina Parrett, four grandchildren Shawna (Kevin) Cochran, Melissa (Brian) Burbrink, James Hornsby, and Nicole Francis. Great-grandmother of six.  Sister of Joan (Ray) Loos and Jimmy McGregor.  Also survived by her nieces and nephews Cheryl Singer, Dawna Thomas, Deana Deopker, Chris Loos, Scott McGregor, Mark McGregor, and Cindy Briscoe.

Preceded in death by her parents Eldridge and Leatha McGregor, husband Harold Gregory, and siblings Barbara and Jerry McGregor, and niece Kimberly Short.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 12, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral services at 2:00 p.m. with William Singer officiating all at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home, 215 East Broadway Street, Harrison, Ohio 45030.  A burial will follow at Glen Haven Cemetery in Harrison, Ohio.
