Jerry Ray Leugers, age 71 of Harrison, OH passed away Thursday, December 4, 2014 at his home. Born November 13, 1943 in Shandon, OH he was the son of Raymond & Goldie (Johnston) Leugers. The 1961 graduate of William Henry Harrison High School was a member of the New Haven Methodist Church and worked for Oxidental in Cincinnati, OH as a chemical operator. He married Marlene Perkins on September 11, 1964 in New Haven, OH. Jerry is survived by his wife Marlene Leugers, daughters Christina (Darin) McQueen of Hidden Valley, IN and Maria (Erich) Gausman of West Harrison, IN. He will also be missed by his grandchildren Amanda, Paige & Casey McQueen and Sarah & Megan Gausman and his sister Janice Leugers of W. Harrison, IN. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Ann Loos. Visitation will be Sunday, December 7, 2014 from 6-8pm at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH. Funeral Services will be Monday, December 8, 2014 at 11:00am at the funeral home with Pastor Scott Stephens officiating. Burial will follow services at Glen Haven Cemetery in Harrison, OH. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of Cincinnati or American Cancer Society c/o the funeral home.
