Jeff Byrd

Jeff Byrd, age 54 of Harrison, OH passed away Monday, July 30, 2012 at his home. Born March 25, 1958 in Clay County, KY he is the son of Bernice (Hensley) & the late Ralph Bristol Byrd. Jeff was a painter, drove a truck for several years as well as a heavy equipment operator. His favorite things were his horses & he loved to travel. He married Billie Jean Hicks in Erlanger, KY on March 22, 2003 and attended the West Harrison Pentecostal Tabernacle. Jeff is survived by his wife Billie Byrd, mother Bernice Byrd of Harrison, OH; children Michael (Leah) Paul Turner of Jacksonville, NC, Michelle Renee Donawerth of Lawrenceburg, IN & Robert Eugene Turner of Lawrenceburg, IN. He will also be missed by his grandchildren Austin Donawerth, Devon Donawerth, Emalie Donawerth, Rebecca Turner, Michael Turner Jr., Amberley Turner & James Turner and siblings Judy (Jim) Brickner of Bright, IN, Brenda (Elvis) Patrick of W. Harrison, IN, Carol McDaniel of W. Harrison, IN, Peggy (Daryl) Morgan of W. Harrison, IN, Ralph Byrd Jr. of Brookville, IN, Darlene Byrd of W. Harrison, IN & Charlene (Roger) Quinlin of Brookville, IN along with many nieces & nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 1, 2012 from 5-8pm at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH. Funeral Services will be Thursday, August 2, 2012 at 1pm at West Harrison Pentecostal Tabernacle with Rev. Wade Hicks officiating. Burial will be in Gibson Cemetery, Bright, IN.
