James B. Losekamp, age 86 of W. Harrison, IN passed away Thursday, August 09, 2012 at his home. Born June 6, 1926 in Harrison, OH he was the son of the late Joseph & Cecelia (Knuf) Losekamp. The Lifelong farmer & Army Veteran married Charlotte Sauerland on August 2, 1952 at St. John the Baptist Church. Dear father of Steve (Ruthann) Losekamp, Patty (Bob) Minges, Mike Losekamp & Lisa (Bill) Roell. Loving grandfather of Craig (Christy) Minges, Eric (Jess) Losekamp, Brittany (Zack) Bischoff, Samantha Losekamp, Alex Losekamp, Brad Minges, Kevin Losekamp, Kristine Losekamp, Stephanie Roell & Tyler Losekamp. He will also be missed by his sister Alma Lewe of Harrison, OH and brothers John (Millie) Losekamp of Harrison, OH & William "Bill" Losekamp of W. Harrison, IN and sister-in-law Marianne (Late Robert) Losekamp of W. Harrison, IN. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Charlotte Losekamp on April 30, 2011. Visitation will be held Sunday, August 12, 2012 from 5-8pm at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, August 13, 2012 at 10:00am at St. John the Baptist Church, Harrison, OH with Father Jeffrey M. Kemper officiating. Burial will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to St. John the Baptist c/o the funeral home.
