James "Jim" L. Hettersimer

James "Jim" L. Hettersimer, age 72 of W. Harrison, IN passed away Saturday, April 14, 2012 in Harrison, OH. Born April 2, 1940 in Harrison, OH he is the son of Frances (Souders) Hettersimer of Harrison, OH & the late Lloyd Elliot Hettersimer. He drove a truck for Lenox for 25 years and was a member of Legacy Christian Church, VFW Duwell Post 7570, American Legion Yeager Benson Post 199 & the Teamsters. In addition to his mother, Jim is also survived by his loving fiancé Teresa Bolinger of W. Harrison, IN, children Gloria Rose, Donald (Beverly) Hettersimer & Jeana Ruoff, grandchildren Kevin (Rae) Noyes, Ryan Dunaway, Cody Hettersimer, Jimmy Hettersimer, Lacy Ruoff, Lance Ruoff, Dawson Milbourne & Natalie Rader, great grandson Cash Noyes and sister Helen (Jerry) Butler. Visitation will be Thursday, April 19, 2012 from 4pm until time of service at 7:30pm all at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Rev. Dr. Harold Shackelford officiating. Memorials are suggested to American Cancer Society/Prostate Cancer which you can bring to the visitation/funeral or mail to the funeral home.
