Inez L. Martin

Inez L. “Cookie” Martin, age 76 of Rising Sun, Indiana passed away July 19, 2026, in Rising Sun, Indiana. Born February 17, 1950, in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of Dillard and Frances (Norman) Pelcha.

Cookie is survived by her daughter Angela Rosenbalm. Grandmother of Justin, Jacob, and Joshua Rosenbalm. Great grandmother of Wyatt, Colton, and Lucas. Dear sister of Jeanie Rugg and Joe Pelcha.

Preceded in death by her parents Dillard and Frances Pelcha, sons Brian Keith Martin, Jerry Wayne Martin and sister Kathy Moss.

A graveside service will be held Friday, July 31, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. at New Haven Cemetery Harrison, Ohio 45030.
