Hugh J. Overton

Hugh J. Overton, age 89 of West Alexandria, Ohio passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2023, in Harrison, Ohio.  Born November 8, 1934, in Buffalo, Tennessee, the son of Reece and Pernie (Davis) Overton.

Hugh owned and operated Overton Moving and Storage for many years.

Survived by his loving daughters, Robin (Bart) Overton Cooper and L. Diane (Gary) Overton Foust. Grandfather of nine, great-grandfather of seven, and great-great-grandfather of two.  Also, will be missed by many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents, Reece and Pernie Overton, wife Janice S. Overton, son Christopher M. Overton and siblings Sarah Amy Douglass, Jewell Marlow, Carl Overton, and James Overton.
