Henry R. Smith Jr.

Henry Roscoe Smith, age 60 years of Bright, IN passed away Thursday, November 11, 2004 in Cincinnati, OH. Born June 17, 1944 in Verne, KY the son of Henry R. Sr. & Mary Alice (Smith) Smith and Ollie R. (Gentry) Smith. He married Agnes Owens on Nov. 17, 1978. He was a graduate of North Dearborn High School, a US Navy Veteran of Vietnam and an electrician at GE. Mr. Smith is survived by his wife Agnes Smith, son Bob (Rhonda) Murdock of Hidden Valley, IN and daughters Lori Smith of W. Harrison, IN and Tami Smith of Bright, IN. He will also be missed by his granddaughter Carissa Murdock and brother George (Sylvia) Smith of Snow Mass, CO. Visitation will be Sunday, November 14, 2004 from 2-5 PM at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH. Services will be Monday at 2:00 PM with Pastor Frank Hedger officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Cemetery with graveside military rites by the Harrison VFW & American Legion Funeral Detail. Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association.
