Hazel L. Johnson, 93 of Lawrenceburg, IN died July 16, 2007 at Shady Nook Care Center in Lawrenceburg, IN. The daughter of Perry and Lestie (Clampett) Maples. Member of the Bright Christian Church in Bright, IN. Survived by her children Janet Samples of Covington, KY., Rita (Richard) Jaisle of Batesville, IN., and Gary Johnson of Harrison, OH. Grandmother of Nine Step Grandmother of Three. Great Grandmother of 13. Also survived by Sister Betty Clark of New Trenton, IN, and Brother Raymond (Martha) Maples of Harrison, OH. Preceded in death by her Parents, Husband Hubert A.Johnson and Daughter Donna K. Johnson, Sisters Mildred Johnson, Beulah Mericle and Delores May Johnson. Visitation will be held Sunday July 22, 2007 from 3 to 5 PM at the Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH. Funeral Services will be at the Bright Chriatian Church, Bright, IN on Monday, July 23, 2007 at 10:30 AM. Memorials may be directed to the Bright Christian Church and /or Bright Fire & EMS. Burial will take place in Gibson Cemetery Bright, IN, with Mark Fugate Officiating.
