Harold James Harper

Harold James Harper age 83 of Harrison, Ohio passed away Thursday, April 15, 2021 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Born September 2, 1937 in Harrison, Ohio the son of Howard and Margaret (Ulrich) Harper.

James a 1956 graduate of William Henry Harrison High School worked as a Heat Treater for Cincinnati Incorporated for many years.  Member of Southern Ohio Dog and Game Protective Association and Crosby Township Senior Center.

Survived by his children Mark (Kathy) Harper, Matt (Rachel) Harper and Nancy (Steve) Verkley. Grandfather of Jason Harper, Christopher Harper, Ethan (Morgan) Verkley, Ellen Verkley, Eric Verkley, Briana Looney, Matthew Harper and Emma Verkley.  Great grandfather of Crue Crecco.

Preceded in death by his parents Howard and Margaret Harper, wife Lois “Jane” Harper, grand daughter Amanda Harper and siblings Richard Harper, Robert Harper, Carol Duwell, Mildred Morris and Mary Gulley.

Graveside service will be held Wednesday, April 21, 2021 12:00 P.M. at New Haven Cemetery.
