Gloria Jean Perry

Gloria Jean Perry, age 79, of Cleves, Ohio, died Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Mercy West Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Born July 17, 1941 in Corbin Kentucky, the daughter of Claude and Bessie (Smith) Mitchell.

Gloria married Earl D. Perry Sr. on April 2, 1971 in Hamilton, Ohio, she raised over 100 foster kids for 33 years, a member of West Harrison Pentecostal Tabernacle and Springdale Pentecostal Holiness Tabernacle.

Survived by her husband Earl D Perry Sr., her children Mark (Carolyn) Perry, Rosie Ivey, Earl (Misty) Perry Jr., and Michael (Suzy) Perry. Grandmother of 18, great grandmother of 15 and great, great grandmother of one.  Sister of Donnie (Carolyn) Jones, Shellane Jones and Susie Silk.  Aunt to special niece Pam Barnes and to several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents Claude and Bessie Mitchell, her sons Jeff Mitchell, Brian Perry, her siblings Bill Barrett, Jimmy Mitchell and Pearl Bishop.

Visitation will be on Monday, February 15, 2021 from 11:00 A.M. until time of funeral service at 1:00 P.M.  with Rev. David Miller and Rev.  Wade Hicks officiating all at Jackman Hensley funeral home 215 Broadway St. Harrison, Ohio 45030.  Burial will follow at Gibson Cemetery in Bright, Indiana.
