Gladys Nolte

Gladys Nolte, age 91 passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at her home in Bright, IN.  Born August 21, 1924 in Keavy, KY she was the daughter of Hiram & Maudie (Hale) Reynolds.

Gladys worked for the Shell Leather Company in Cincinnati as a sewer and was a member of Bright Christian Church.  She loved gardening & canning, she loved her family and visiting family along with going to lunch with her sister.

Gladys is survived by her daughter & son-in-law Betty & Don Howard of Bright, IN; step daughter Dee Deborah Wallace (Marvin) of Greensburg, IN; granddaughter Debbie Frank of Bright, IN; great granddaughter Jessica Frank of Cincinnati, OH and great great granddaughter Luna Monnig.  She will also be missed by her siblings Leland Reynolds (Goldie) of Lily, KY, Thelma Novakov of Union, KY, Herman Reynolds (Cleo) of Keavy, KY and Bill Reynolds of Corbin, KY.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband in March 2, 2014 Joseph Henry Nolte and siblings Roy Reynolds, Gene Reynolds and Lela Charlton.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 5, 2016 from 12pm until time of services at 1pm at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH. with Mark Fugate officiating. Burial will follow services in Arlington Memorial Gardens.  Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Research Hospital c/o the funeral home.
