Gladys Marie Helton

Gladys Marie Helton, age 52, of Bright, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, in Bright, Indiana.  She was born the daughter of Norman and Rosella (North) Helton on April 8, 1971, in Pineville, Kentucky.  After graduating high school, she went to college for computer coding.

She was survived by her children: Leonard Helton, Norman Johnson, Kimberly Hendrickson, Jessica Hendrickson, Emily (Shawn) Bowling, and David Hendrickson, her long-time companion, David Hendrickson, and nine grandchildren: Jayden, Jaylah, Jayvon, Leyah, Lena, Le’ana, Carter, Nevada, and Reno.  She is also survived by her sisters: Donna Locke, Dorothy Bowling, Cindy Saylor, Becky Helton, Linda Krolczyk, Cindy Saylor, Mary (Kevin) Runion, Darlene (Jimmy) Gross, and Deanna North, and brothers: Norman (Jean) Helton and Eldon (Sarah) North.

Gladys was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Rosella Helton, and her sister, Rosie Blavender.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
