Gina Renea Smith

Gina Renea Smith, a beloved homemaker and cherished member of her family, passed away on Monday, September 29, 2025, at the age of 69, in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. Born on July 12, 1956, in Hamilton, Ohio.

Gina is survived by her loving mother, Ilene Fischer, and her devoted children: Lisa (Brad) Loomis, Richard J. Patrick, Jr., and step daughter Christy (Danny) Cyrus. Her legacy continues through her grandson, Nathan Steele, who brought her immense joy and pride. Gina also leaves behind her siblings who loved her dearly: her brother, Dennis Steele, and sisters, Janet Steele and Sharon (Bob) Humphry. 

She was preceded in death by her beloved husbands, Rick Patrick and Alvin Smith, and her father, Harold Steele.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family, where they will gather to celebrate her life and cherish the memories they shared. Gina Renea Smith will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
